With the clocks forward an hour the British summer is officially on its way… even if the weather suggests otherwise right now! But for can fans across the UK it’s also time to kick-start the automotive show season, and 2016 is shaping up to be bigger and busier than ever before.

One venue which needs no introduction is Santa Pod – home of 300mph drag racing and one of the longest-running 1/4-mile strips in the whole of Europe. This weekend Santa Pod plays host to The Fast Show for a weekend on non-stop action bringing together all makes and marques, so naturally Meguiar’s UK will be in full attendance showcasing our full range of cleaning products!

From classics and supercars right through to concourse builds and stripped-out race cars, there’s something for everyone at The Fast Show including Ash Squire’s 1987 Toyota Soarer pictured here in the Meguiar’s Detailing Bay.

Having previously visited Meguiar’s HQ for a full paint correction earlier in the year, Ash wanted to prep the Soarer’s paintwork ready for it to be displayed in the Show & Shine arena. With deep dish wheels, bolt-on overfenders and a custom re-spray it’s safe to say Ash’s Soarer looks seriously cool especially when the sun hits it!

To remove any swirls accumulated since its last visit, we used the awesome MT320 DA system complete with Professional Series Correction Compound followed by Finishing Wax.
