VIDEO: Driving a snow-covered Nurburgring in a single seat racer
What happens when you put a single seat Formula Race Car on a snow-covered Nurburgring in weather as cold as -16 degrees? The answer you’d usually expect is a pretty hefty accident, but this isn’t some plucky petrolhead trying his luck on the green (and now white) hell, this is Andy Gulden – a Nurburgring Driving Acadeny instructor who knows a thing or two about the 14.2-mile circuit.
While he’s not about to set any lap records, it does look like incredible fun… if a little hairy at moments. But it just goes to show you don’t need four wheel drive to get around in a bit of snow – English motorists, take note!
